Wetherby Thin Coat Render System
On 1 October 2026, Wetherby Wall Systems Limited will begin trading as ROCKWOOL Wall Systems. Our trading name is changing, but our people, products and services remain the same.
A mix of flats and houses have been developed using Wetherby’s Thin Coat Render system for a mix of energy efficiency and aesthetics.
Guernsey Housing Association worked in partnership with Health & Social Care and Employment & Social Security to provide high quality accommodation in order to help recruit and retain much-needed keyworkers. The finished project offers 14 one-bed flats, two two-bed houses and six three-bed houses.
The land at Beauville, Ville au Roi, was previously occupied by old HSC buildings, the former Priaulx Garage and a shop that was closed for many years.
