Steel Frame Systems

The new Wetherby SFS System uses a Rockwool A1 Stone Wool Insulation board fixed to steel cavity rails and finished with a strong and flexible silicone render, available in hundreds of colour options.

The system has achieved full BBA certification for use without height restriction (subject to a full technical assessment by the Wetherby Technical Team. The system is accepted by the majority of insurers such as NHBC and SWIGA.

Wetherby Steel Frame systems utilising EPS insulation is suitable for projects up to 18 metres in height.

The systems comprises of high density ribbed Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) boards with tongue and groove edge profile. The system can be finished with a wide range of 9mm to 20mm real clay brick slip design and colour options.

The Wetherby Render RCB system uses an A1 non- combustible Render Carrier Board fixed to steel cavity rails to provide a strong and durable substrate for variety of Thin Coat Renders to be applied.

The system is fully BBA approved and accepted by insurers such as NHBC and Premier Guarantee.
