question and if the information you supply is not accurate then the information, calculations, product
information, replies and/or specification Wetherby Wall Systems provide herein will not be accurate as a result
of such inaccurate information. Whilst Wetherby Wall Systems can give general guidance and advice, the
nature of Wetherby Wall Systems products means that the ultimate responsibility for selecting the right
product for a particular application must lie with the user.

Any recommendations, calculations, drawings, specifications or other information supplied by Wetherby Wall
Systems (including but not limited to design, workmanship, materials, geographic, environmental, and other
specific or unique end-use conditions) are provided completely free of charge, as non-binding information and
entirely without acceptance of liability. It is user’s responsibility to verify the adequacy and accuracy of the
information received from Wetherby Wall Systems on its suitability for the user’s intended purpose.  Users
must obtain appropriate professional advice where required (for example from architects, engineers or
contractors) and if necessary, carry out trials and test installations. Before installation, the suitability of the
materials ultimately chosen by the user must be reviewed by Building Control or the overseeing body for the
project.

Except for such liability as it may incur for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, Wetherby Wall
Systems shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever whether in contract, tort, misrepresentation or
otherwise for any loss whether direct, indirect or consequential, nor any damage or injury howsoever caused
arising from or in connection with the advice and/or information referred to in this disclaimer.

Product specifications do not expand or otherwise modify Wetherby Wall Systems terms and conditions of
sale, including but not limited to the warranty expressed therein.

Any observations made by Wetherby Wall Systems during a site visit are limited to a visual review of normal
installation practice. Any technical comments provided are intended for general illustration purposes only and
should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional design, supervision, or inspection.
