Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is: Wetherby Wall Systems Ltd, 1 Kid Glove Road, Golborne Enterprise Park, Golborne, WA3 3GS.

2. Eligibility

·    This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

·    Entrants must be working in the construction or external wall insulation sector.

·    Employees of Wetherby Wall Systems and their immediate families are excluded from entry.

·    Only one entry per person per week is permitted. Group/team entries are allowed but must be submitted via a named individual.

3. Competition Period

·    The competition runs from Monday 24th November to Monday 2nd March 2026.

·    One winner will be selected each Friday during the campaign period, with a total of 14 prizes awarded.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Post a photo of themselves or their team working on-site in cold weather conditions
• Follow Wetherby Wall Systems on LinkedIn
• Tag @WetherbyWallSystems in the LinkedIn post
• Use the hashtag #WetherbyWinterWorking

Entries must be made via LinkedIn and publicly visible. Private posts or untagged posts will not be counted.

5. Prizes

·    Each weekly winner will receive a Winter Site Survival Kit, which may include branded hat, branded gloves, hot drink flask, snacks, voucher and printed resources.

·    Prize contents may vary slightly each week and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

·    No cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

·    Winners will be selected by the Wetherby marketing team based on creativity, relevance, and originality of the photo.

·    Winners will be announced on Wetherby Wall Systems’ LinkedIn page each Friday and notified via LinkedIn message.

·    Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, Wetherby reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Content Use & Consent

·    By entering, participants grant Wetherby Wall Systems the right to repost, share, and use submitted photos on their website, social media, and marketing materials.

·    Entrants are responsible for ensuring they have the consent of anyone visible in the photo.

8. Data Protection

·    Personal data collected will only be used for administering the competition and delivering the prize.

·    Wetherby Wall Systems will not share your details with third parties.

9. Disqualification

Wetherby reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

1. Include inappropriate or offensive content
2. Do not meet the entry requirements
3. Are submitted using fake profiles or bots

10. General

·    Wetherby reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
