A2 Steel Frame Carrier Board Silicone Render System

Our Carrier Boards are designed primarily to provide steel-frame structures with a rendered or brick finish, where U-values are already achieved within the framed substrate. The A1 ROCKWOOL Wall Systems Board can be fixed to metal or cavity rails, or timber battens, to create a protective cavity behind the non-combustible board.

Carrier board systems provide a high-impact, durable, and aesthetically pleasing façade while taking up minimal space; using the minimum 15mm ROCKWOOL Wall Systems Cavity Rail means the full system is less than 40mm deep.

The Silicone Render Carrier Board system achieves an A2-s1,d0 fire rating to BS EN 13501-1, allowing installation on projects of any height. The unique ROCKWOOL Wall Systems RagRail is available in multiple sizes and simplifies installation, ensuring exceptional flexibility in design options.
